Looking for something quick and healthy for the kiddies for an afternoon snack .. then look no further than these super delicious, more-ish, crispy roasted kale chips. I guarantee you will have to cook a second batch because they will be gone before you can set them on the table.
So you will need a nice bunch of fresh curly leafed kale (or any kale for that matter), some good quality olive oil, spices and salt. I really like using the Clive of India Curry Powder or a Moroccan Mix – they add such a lovely flavour, but of course any spice mix will do or if you prefer none at all.
Chop your kale into chip size pieces and then stir through the oil and spice mixture. (I leave the kale stalk on but you can cut off if you prefer).
Then roast on a baking tray at 200 degree C preheated oven for about 15 minutes turning once.
And there you have it… a nice batch of crispy goodness. Enjoy! xx
